TASTING NOTES
At first glance, it presents a bright and deep ruby red color. On the nose there are spicy aromas, green pepper, dried fruits and delicate notes of tobacco and smoke provided by the wood. In the mouth, its varietal strength is perceived and its structure expresses power. Its tannins are perceived as soft, velvety and sweet, revealing the work and dedication of our family from the vineyard to the bottle.

Yield per hectare: 7,000 kg/ha.

Manual harvest in 18 kg boxes.
WINEMAKING
Harvest and manual selection of bunches in the winery.
Pre-Fermentative Maceration for 72 hours at 5ºC.
Alcoholic fermentation in concrete tanks at a controlled temperature between
27º and 30º C. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation in pools.
Nine months in French oak barrels.
Alcohol: 14.2%
Total Acidity: 5.32 g/l (tartaric acid)
