TASTING NOTES
Intense and bright ruby red color. Aromas of ripe fruits with spicy details, notes of pepper; vanilla and coffee contributed by aging in wood. Good volume in the mouth, balanced, with intense flavors of great concentration, sweet flavors, soft and prolonged tannins, long and complex finish.

HARVEST
Harvest: between April 2 and 20
Manual harvest in 18 kg boxes.
WINEMAKING
Harvest and manual selection of bunches in the winery. Pre-fermentation maceration for 72 hours at 3º C.
Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature between 27º and 30º C. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation in pools.
Maturation: twelve months in new French oak barrels, the three varietals separately, then the Blend is carried out and the wine is placed again for six months in new barrels. Total Maturation 18 Months in new French oak.
Alcohol: 14.4%.
Total acidity: 5.78 g/l (tartaric acid). Ph: 3.53.
Production: 1,800 Bottles annually.
